When you join a venue
Stempee uses your email to send a sign-in link and verify that the reward card belongs to you. If you choose to join, we store your name, email, optional phone and birthday, the venue you joined, your reward balance and activity, and a record of your separate loyalty and marketing choices in Supabase. The venue operator can see the customer and reward records for their own business.
Your choices
Joining the loyalty card requires your agreement. Marketing email is optional and is off unless you select it. Stempee does not send promotional campaigns from this preview. Wallet passes, prepaid balances and location messages are not active yet.
Download or remove venue data
After signing in, open the venue card to download a copy of your data or remove your membership and reward history with that business. Removing a venue membership does not delete the separate email sign-in account. Local design and dashboard preview data can be cleared from your browser settings.
Where data is handled
Supabase provides authentication and the shared database, including the sign-in email. Stempee does not share your venue membership with other venue operators. Please do not enter payment details into a reward card; payments and Wallet issuance are not connected.
